81 South @ Masters Blvd. - February 7th, 2012
 
HPFD responded to a MVA with entrapment on Highway 81 South.  Upon arrival personnel had two patients, one trapped in the vehicle.  Firefighters extricated the patient from the vehicle's driver side.  Medshore Ambulance Service and SCHP also responded to the scene.
